Friday, December 18th will be the last day of school for 2020 across the USD 353 School District.
Classes will resume on Monday, January 4, 2021. Additionally, due to an expanded ruling by the KSHSAA, the moratorium on athletic practices or games, which is usually only the first week of the Holiday Vacation, has been extended to cover the entire 2 weeks this year, due to Covid. Consequently, no practices will occur after December 18th, until January 4th, 2021.
The HYBRID SCHEDULE will remain in effect for all schools through Monday, January 18, 2021. On Tuesday, January 19, 2021 however, Eisenhower, Lincoln, Kennedy and Washington Elementaries will transition to a regular, full day schedule, per the latest ruling by the BOE on December 14th. WMS and WHS will remain on the HYBRID SCHEDULE until further notice.
