Spirit Week Overall and Daily Themes Announced for Homecoming

The 2021-2022 Duchess Candidates were announced Friday afternoon at WHS. Congratulations to: Airalyn Frame, Kaitlyn Hain, Nikki Peninger, Josey Wolf, and Ali Zeka. A great group – coronation is slated for October 8th during halftime of the football game. Spirit Week will commence on Monday, October 4th – here are the daily themes just recently announced for that:

The OVERALL THEME for the upcoming DUCHESS HOMECOMING CELEBRATION is:

“102 YEARS OF CRUSADER PRIDE”

Here are the DAILY THEMES for Homecoming Spirit Week commencing on Mon, Oct. 4th!

MONDAY – PJ DAY

TUESDAY – HAPPY HOLIDAYS (Dress in your favorite holiday attire)

WEDNESDAY – COLOR WARS (Which class has the most school spirit? Count the colors!)

THURSDAY – COWBOYS vs ALIENS (Cowboy/Cowgirl attire vs the galaxy)

FRIDAY – RED OUT – GO BIG RED!

Final word on the PARADE and the HOMECOMING DANCE not yet announced.
