MANILA GORILLAS Win the GOLD @ the 30th Running of the GREAT RACE RELAY!

Congratulations to the MANILA GORILLAS who finished FIRST Saturday afternoon at the 30th annual GREAT RACE RELAY in South Woods Park and points beyond!  Over the past 3 races (2018,2019, 2021), the GORILLAS have finished 3rd, 2nd, and now 1st!

Coming in 2nd place, another strong team the past few years, the SSB (Security State Bank) BIG BUCKS! Prior to Saturday’s 2nd place finish, SSB has finished 1st, 2nd, 3rd respectively (2017, 2018, 2019). The BIG BUCKS have finished in the top 3, in 9 races overall now.

Another great team in 2021’s top 3, the DORE ENCHIES. who have finished 1st the past two years (2019, 2018), and 2nd (2017, 2016).
Saturday’s 3rd place finish, was the ENCHIES 17th top 3 finish. More Awesome stuff!

KUDOS to Jack Potucek and Darlene Ferguson, the Great Race Relay Administrators – 30 races in the can – thank you both and thank you to the many volunteers that help make it happen! Thank you Wellington Chamber of Commerce for bringing the race back in 2001!
