EBENEZER – A SCROOGE STORY Draws Nice Crowds Over the Weekend!

“EBENEZER – A SCROOGE STORY” was on stage all weekend at WHS!!  Exquisite performances by the Crusaders of the Stage, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, under the direction of Bob & Michelle Brown! There are more than 500 pics from opening night – check out link below.

The play, based on “A CHRISTMAS CAROL” by Charles Dickens, was adapted for the stage by co-director Michelle Brown. A great production, with great effects – very talented dancing as well. An instrumental quintet, provided musical interludes throughout the production. The “5” were Allen Hisken (Director), Kaiden Hernandez, Caleb Starnes, Julia Starnes, and Philip Starnes.

Curtain went up each evening at 7:00PM! Admission was $5 for all ages, 6 and above. If you were under 6, Mom and Dad kept your admission $$ in their pockets! This is the season we give thanks for our many blessings. Patrons were asked to bring non-perishable grocery items if they could and the Crusaders of the Stage will make sure the booty of edibles is delivered safely to Wellington’s Bank of Food!

A great play – very enjoyable – no BAH HUMBUG about it!!
