2020-2021 Crusader Student-Athletes make a “STATE”ment!

What a school year it has been for Crusader Athletics. In “8” of the sanctioned sports by KSHSAA, Wellington High School had STATE QUALIFIERS and/or better.

“4” WHS student-athletes this year, brought home “6” individual State 4A (5) and DIV II State Wrestling (1) Championships!

“32” WHS student-athletes stepped into the State Level spotlight, emerging with “28” MEDALS! (again, 6 of those individual CHAMPIONSHIP MEDALS!)

Sanctioned Sports Involved: Cross Country, Girls Golf, Girls Tennis, Girls Wrestling, Boys Tennis, Boys Golf, Track & Field, and Swimming.
