I am an Assembly of God Minister in Wellington Kansas I come from a small town in Missouri and began my ministry as a youth director in my home church of Steelville, Missouri. I received my Bible education through Berean Bible College in Springfield, Missouri and graduated with a Ministerial Studies Diploma. I was Ordained in 1986 through the Southern Missouri District of the Assemblies of God. My former pastorates are; Bond Ridge, (West Plains, Missouri) Assembly of God (1981-85), Higginsville ( Missouri) Assembly of God (1985-1994), Ironton (Missouri) Assembly of God (1994-96), I accepted the pastorate of First Assembly of God in Wellington, Kansas in 1996. I am married to Vicky (colored fonts indicates link to websites). for 29 years and we have 2 adult children, Michelle and Jordon.
I was the Christ's Ambassadors Representative for the West Plains Section during my pastorate at Bond Ridge. During my ministry at Higginsville I was used by God to help plant Faith Assembly of God in Concordia Missouri. I have served on standing committees in Southern Missouri District of the Assemblies of God and helped on special called committees in Kansas District Council of the Assemblies of God. I have always been blessed to serve on community ministerial associations, filling the office of President and Treasurer on several occasions. I have always been active in jail and prison ministry. It is an honor to serve the Lord in whatever way He chooses. I am thankful to the Lord for any measure of success He has provided.
I am most pleased with my pastoral work. I have a great love for people and desire to help them in their journey towards the Lord. I feel it is a great blessing to be able to be with families at the most crucial times of their lives. I am honored to officiate their weddings,dedicate their children and bury their loved ones. My goal is to be usable to the Lord always and to follow His plan for my life without compromise.
