Thaddeus Myers Now In Custody

Friday, September 19th, 2014, Wellington Police developed a lead suggest Myers was staying at a hotel in Wichita.

Sedgwick County Sheriff's Department was notified and members of both agencies went to the hotel, locating Myers hiding inside.

Myers was taken in to custody and transported to Sedgwick County Jail and booked in on a Sumner County Warrant.

Knights & Crusaders Finding Success As Fall Season Kicks Into High Gear

Many of the FALL SPORTS programs at both WMS and WHS are experiencing considerable success, 3 weeks into the regular 2014 Fall slate:

*Our Ironduke Varsity Football Team is 3-0 on the season with victories over Augusta, Goddard-Eisenhower and Circle High Schools.

*Our Varsity Girls Volleyball Team is 11-5 (I think) with STRONG performances at Winfield, Mulvane and Chaparral

Varsity Volleyball Ladies Bring Home Some Hardware!! (Updated)

The Lady Crusaders found considerable success Saturday at the Chaparral HS Volleyball Invitational. The tournament was formatted with POOL PLAY and then winners advanced to BRACKET PLAY to determine an eventual champion. The Lady Crusaders sailed by 3 of their 4 opponents today but couldn't find the correct magic to defeat Kingman, whom they faced twice, once in POOL PLAY and then in the champioship BRACKET PLAY final.


The IRONDUKES were on the road Friday evening at Circle HS where the Thunderbirds had dreams of defeating the Crusaders on their special HOMECOMING night, but that was never to be...the Varsity Squad jumped out on Circle and after just 2 1/3 quarters the Crusaders lead 41-0...TOTAL DOMINATION - REPEAT - TOTAL DOMINATION!
