The evening started with a close game but a loss for the Crusaders when the El Dorado Boys "C" team was able to steal a win away, would be the only loss for Wellington on the evening - final score 32-26. Celebrations were short - lived for the Wildcats from that point on however and the Crusaders took control and won the next "4" games.
